My Name is Brian and I grew up down the street on Sapphire and Lemon. I grew up walking through Thoroughbred at least a dozen times each Christmas holiday. Your street created Christmas memories I will never forget. Now, thanks to you, I have that same lighting passion and I try to create similar holiday experiences for my neighbors here in Arizona.
I now live in Arizona and design, computer program, and install these animated Christmas lights. Computer animated Christmas lights consists of taking regular strands of lights you buy at the store and connecting them to a "controller". The controller is then connected to the computer via a Cat5 cable. I use special software to program the lights to turn them on and off to the beat of your favorite Christmas songs. Additionally, I connect a low-power FM transmitter to the computer and broadcast the music that your lights are dancing to over the air waves so cars can tune their stereo to your specific station and listen to the music while the lights dance on beat. It's that easy! :-)
The equipment I use allows me to connect or sync MULTIPLE houses to the same animated song to make an even larger "show". Additionally, you can add more "controllers" to make your display bigger and better each year.
